OnePlus 3 with Three network - will it receive 800mhz 4G data?

I am really tempted in getting a OnePlus 3 to replace my Galaxy S5 (Three branded), but was wondering if I would still be able to get the 800mhz 4G data (I'm guessing SuperVoice will not work with it as it's not Three branded)?

Thanks Mark.

It will work on all 4G networks inc 800 and 1800 Mhz.

Not at present.

I have a OnePlus 3 on Three and I can confirm that at present you will not have access to supervoice on a OnePlus 3. As at present Three are only offering it to phones brought from themselves.

Though it would be nice if it was that simple

Thanks for the replies.

Just thought it may work with just the data, but not the SuperVoice.

May just see if I can hold out a little longer with my S5 as it's still going well, but just wanted a change.

Also I guess it makes sense until they release the OnePlus 3T.

I gather you haven't been following the whole 800MHz/VoLTE rollout as done by the networks?

Just because a phone has 800MHz support built in doesn't mean the phone will actually work on 800MHz or get VoLTE access.

It is interesting because the OnePlus 3 supports EE VoLTE with no help from EE at all. Seemingly OnePlus got it working on their own.

I don't see why OnePlus can't do a similar thing for Three, unless Three do other checks?

That site is handy and seems very accurate, nice.

It's up to Three whether they will support it.

AFIK, the user(s) that have the OP3 working on EE w/VoLTE, have observed the following:
1. With the current released version of Oxygen OS (3.2.7) then there is no Enhanced VoLTE options ...... therefore no EE VoLTE
2. User(s) that have installed the community build (CB) of the OOS have the ability to use VoLTE on EE. The CB is effectively a beta version of the OS.

However, I'm not sure if this will allow registration on 4G/800.

What I have observed on my OP3 w/3UK SIM that it works fine on 4G and drops to 3G for calls as expected. The anomaly is in a building at work. I know for sure that both 3 & EE do not get a signal into the office. When I scan however on my OP3 I do see both 3 & EE 4G listed so I think they may have 800MHz in the area. But ..... my OP3 does allow selection of 3 LTE but immediately shows an exclamation mark and drops back to no signal in the office or 3G by the window.

I assume what is happening here is that the registration process observes the lack of VoLTE support on my device so bumps me off to no signal or 3G? This makes sense as operators I believe are not allowed to offer a signal if there is no ability to make a call on the same network.

If I'm feeling brave, I may try the CB OOS ....... maybe
