Who do people think will be the next EastEnders return? We have had no new characters. I really think the older characters are seriously lacking, getting rid of the Cokers and Babe is a big mistake, who will be back next ?

I think some people are going to be very surprised come New Year when they show them both being killed, does anyone really think Ronnie would disappear on her wedding night leaving her child behind, come on

She did but she didn't do it on her wedding night and it was never planned back then, I'm 99% this is the end for them,
With Michael Cashman's recent return as Colin and Derek (the fabulous Ian Lavender) due back for Christmas, surely the next logical step is Reg Cox back from the dead

Has this actually been confirmed anywhere yet? All year I've heard "Max and Cora" will be back in Autumn... then the end of the year and now in the new year- has there been any word, on location siting or anything that even remotely backs this up?

Max was pictured in the first paparazzi shots at Ronnie and Jack's wedding. Cora apparently was too but there's some debate on whether it was her or not. The picture was a bit unclear.
Another idea for returns:
Back when they first started, say 1985-1990 – did any of them have children, 0-10 years, only to move away with them late 80s early 90s – and never heard of again ?
One of these children – now 30-40 years old, could move back – with his/hers family - and could reveal the “destiny” of the family who left. At least three from the current cast would know/remember the person: Ian, Kathy & Dot
I only saw it from 2001 – so haven’t a clue - perhaps you could follow up with who could return – now an adult with own family perhaps

Found these from original 1985 cast on wiki:
Annie Smith, born January 1985 – daughter of Mary Smith – left May 1988 and have not been seen since,
Cassie Carpenter, 11 in 1986 - daughter of Hannah & Tony Carpenter – leaves in 1987
Needless to say I haven’t a clue about them apart from what I have just read.
