His boss is a bloodlcaat, but as mentioned on this forum in the Lee thread it's a high pressure environment. Osman may have the gift of the gab, but put him somewhere without the intensity of this work he would be small-fry. It's not the right environment for Lee whatsoever. The scene with Whitney at his offices and speaking to Os was awkward. It's a pride issue - and depression does distort perspectives in life. Whitney can't be that gullible, as mentioned why doesn't she get work and Lee just takes a bit of time out to be strong.

A lovely touch with Jay and Will building the model plane. So sad and low with the nicking of the ring off the dead corpse. Addiction does destroy lives, and the ones who make the money off others misery such as dealers just causes people to turn to thieving and other crimes. It's easy to call people junkies and what have you, but the majority do want to get off the drugs and I think the sentences for drug dealing are laughable. I do think it's character assassination with Jay, but that cow Star is to blame for his downfall. It was good scenes with Billy and Mrs Simpson's son too.

Libby - considering she's clever, she doesn't know the concept of pregnancy. The vegan food was a bit patronising to her Mum and Patrick. You can't force diets on to people. I think the talk with Kathy who has bought the Kathy I remember in the 1980s and 1990s did make her realise. I did like the banter with Carmel and Denise. Good friendship they have. As for her staying indefinitely, I can abide her....in small doses.

I'm glad Roxy has bonded with Amy, but I think Ronnie is right - she is only eight so it doesn't matter what you buy her. What she needs to do is look on Ebay or shop around for a doll's house. I'm sure there is some toy stall hidden away on the Square.

Cassandra / Geraldine and Kathy causing a furore at the community centre was laughable. I think she should be a permanent character with a family

7/10 - Decent episode.”

Oh Jay how low, least he is getting more screen time I suppose. That dead lady will come and haunt Jay now.

While I have been agreeing with you on this a lot lately H, I disagree this time, I thought tonight's was a little gem plucked from the wilderness.

Probably largely due to a heavy concentration on Billy, Honey, Will and Jay. I just hope Jay's character can be restored and rescued from the abyss. What a wonderful little family unit that is. I hope Ben is able to help Jay hen he inevitably finds out what's going on.

Unlike the FM's on here, I like Libby and am pleased she's back for a bit (My heart is broken for the actress who tragically lost her brother last month). Denise to have some family around her at this time is realistic and a good thing for my money.

I am enjoying having Kathy back and interacting with a large variety of the cast.

I gave it an impressive 9/10 and I have not been the most complimentary in recent times

real bacon & cheese would be better for the baby, the brain needs fat & the bones need calcium. I like tofu, but only in Asian type stir fry or soups. Libby should not impose her way of life on other adults. LOL at Donna & the Mitchell comments. Whitney is a dumb lass, how did she get the address to is fancy office lol Poor Lee, I wish he could be honest with his family. Refreshing not to have Phil or Sharon on the screen.

I've been patient Aaron, I'm all for the changes being made but sometimes the slow paced, everyday-ness is killing.

A bit of balance would be sufficient once and while.

I do understand your frustration believe me, I've been watching through gritted teeth for a while, but I did genuinely love this episode.

Awful episode mostly thanks to Libby and her vegan forcing. Ronnie was also pissing me off as well.

Haven't seen the episode as I've been travelling all evening, sounds like a solid 0 or 1 out of 10 though. 10 out of 10 for MyLauren and Cindy just in case they were in it.

Why was Libby talking to Kathy and Donna as if she has known them for years? have they ever met before?

Denise's face when Libby said she's staying

Who does Ronnie think she is? talking down to Roxy after some of the things she's done

Agree. While character building is important the show is so mind blowingly dull right now I've noticed that I've started doing other things while EE is on and its just playing away in the background. Last time this happened was when Eddie Moon hijacked the show for the summer.

They need a big storyline and quick. If you notice these EE topics are vacant now so it must be crap if no one wants to talk about it.

That said Lee's storyline is very good but I wonder if its too close to the bone for some people. Its been very realistic.

I was tempted to go for a 9 but settled for an 8. I'm loving the new masterful Billy and feisty Kathy though my heart bleeds for Jay.

Great episode last night. I'm loving all the characters at the moment. Roxy and Ronnie's scenes were great and it was great showing Roxy not taking the money from Ronnie as it showed she is a good mother. Enjoyed Denise, Libby and Patrick's scenes 'meet you in café in 20 minutes' Denise's face when Libby said she was staying! Loved Jay and Will's scenes but did he really have to steal that ring???

It was a good episode.

Gonna miss Roxy. Really enjoyed her scenes with Amy. I feel sorry for the little girl even if it is fictional.

Wish it was just Ronnie being killed instead.

Who says it isn't? It hasn't been confirmed how they're going yet, just lots of press speculation.

Just press speculation, admittedly.

But the actors language themselves suggest, to me, that it'll probably be a permanent exit.
