Alan wrong on this one imo. The team leader said she never crumbles under pressure but could never stick to the strategy, let deals go for cheap when she said she wouldn't. If that's not crumbling under pressure then what is it?

Sugar has amped up the gameshow elements big time in this series. Made it less about himself, even less about the contestants and more about the tasks. Brady contributes more to the drama in the tasks as well.
