Were in bloody november when eastenders is supposed to be building towards its best, this is the time of year when your getting geared up to the big storylines at christmas/new year, but seriously it feels like were in bloody july when we just get filler shite while the biggest actors take breaks etc. If these were just filler episodes then ok fair enough he's improved quality of those and the characters are interacting better, but it feels like every episode is a filler these days, and im concerned because jamie borthwick has said christmas will be different this year much more low key, so basically were heading for more of basically nothing happening great! the amount of characters leaving is alarming too its way over the top, and belinda well just WTF! i was stunned at that if he's axed her then thats just dreadful.

Bit unfair. SOC has responded to criticism that his work is boring by bringing back Derek and Libby.

I'm finding dull atm hopefully things will pick up soon. For me filler type sls on a daily basis does not interest me, there needs to be some drama and currently there's nothing.

He would be as well bringing back the Feirerras at this rate, there's genuinely nothing exciting happening the show just doesn't feel right, i dont see it changing soon either going by jamie borthwicks comments about christmas, i dont like the slow pace to every episode.

I'm finding it a fascinating actually gone are the sensationalised dramatics, which were far removed from my life and many others I saw around me. In are the subtleties, warmness and realism (to the most part) in life which I can relate too.

I'm probably in the minority but I don't find it boring. It took a bit of getting used to after the DTC era and it's still not great but apart from dreary Libby and the obnoxious Mick it's pretty enjoyable for the most part.

It's been rubbish, storylines are too dragged out and the most are boring. Now we have dreary Libby back and Belinda who was fab has been axed!

Storylines consist of Libby making them eat Vegan, the bins, driving lessons. Masood left only to come back to leave again soon. Pointless!!!

It looks like July with blue skies and trees in full green leaf. I don't watch the whole show, only You Tubes, of characters that interest me, but I don't like the way the Lee story seems to be going (a probable suicide?). He has a loving family even if his wife is a bit vacuous, but nobody has noticed how sad withdrawn and lonely he has seemed for weeks.

Spot on mate its just so dull and boring, people are getting pissed off with this SOC i dont think he'll last long, hating what he's doing to the show.

This, It's the best that it has been in years. I'm actually caring about the characters and unlike the last decade, the storylines aren't so signposted that they make you cringe.

SOC has had enough time now to make his mark, sick of all these excuses saying it takes time and we need to be patient. Something needs to be done, quick.
