Exactly. I suspect Claudia is not getting 10s because she is short and not so glamorous. Strictly seems to favour girls who look like Daisy, Laura or Louise.
At the end of the day, we have our own minds and we have our own eyes. We see what we see, not what we are told to see by the "expert" judges.

Sadly you're probably right.
I actually like Kevin a lot, I think he's a brilliant partner and I loved him with Kellie last year, but his partners should be judged on their own merits.

This is precisely the point and I totally agree with you.
It is a desperate attempt to discredit the strongest threat to someones favourite and it happens every series.
The chief threat to a personal favourite is always overscored, a judges favourite or dull or fake or smug or overly competitive or some other ghastly characteristic.
It really is tiresome and pretty desperate stuff.
They're definitely pushing her. She's had decent songs every week and they rarely criticize. Let's see her have to do a samba to Hakuna Matata!!!!
And yes, the favouritism is for Kevin ... and whoever he's partnered with. Tedious but perhaps we should give in now and let the producers etc have the winner they want. Everyone knows that Gilkison is as thick as thieves with the Clifton's.
Can't wait for next week and all the Blackpool/Grimsby talk ... and the little featurettes on the Clifton's and their parents and their grand parents and their dogs and neighbours etc!!!!

I know Louise has fans out there but I find her bland and boring, IMO she has not improved since week 1 and is being praised to the hills for mediocrity. I just hope that the public will use their own minds and choose a winner they want rather than be told who is improving - I suspect this is going to be like last year's Jay V Kellie situation all over again with judges sulking because their favourite doesn't win!”

It couldn't possibly be the reason people stated. You know best.
Louise, as usual, lacked any oomph. Big Spender is a song that could be performed with so much wham/bam and that dance had none. Of course the judges don't see the angles we see but it's not the first time they've seen something I don't at all.
Karen and Joanne sealed that dance's fate for me with their incorrect and childish calls of undermarked.
I thought the Producers favouritism for Rinder tonight was nauseating . The rest of the celebs should get their grandparents involved and you also might get a huge dollop of sympathy from all .

Well James liked Louise this week and gave her a 9, but wasn't impressed with Ore. I actually agreed with his comments on both of them.
I don't want him to, but I think Danny's going to win. I've thought this even before we saw everyone's first dance. He is a young, good looking male, so he has the "he is fit" vote and he has a big dance background having trained and also working on the West End, (incidentally, Denise Van Outen had lots of comments about it being unfair she was on the show, so how come Danny hasn't had anywhere near as many?).

Doesn't matter they will say positive stuff and oveirmark again. They are mainly protected by the judges scores.

You don't like her. Lots of others do. That does not amount to favouritism.
I thought Louise was bland, boring and not that special every other week but I thought she was great tonight. She danced well and put so much character into it which is something she struggles with. I do think her scores were a bit high tho. So I kind of agree but I want to give her credit tonight.
It is annoying when the judges have their favourites but it doesn't exactly increase their chances of winning.

That could be classed as a penalty. By the time they have got up early to go to Paris, Stood around filming for hours and got back they will have put in at least 12 hours with little to show for it. Its not as if they were on holiday and free to see the sights or chill out in a bistro. Instead it wil have been travel and lots of tedious waiting and short bursts of repeating the same action several times
I just did a tiny bit of filming for the BBC and what will amount to maybe a couple of 30 second bursts on screen, if it gets used at all, took 4 hours to do. By the time I had walked into the room 5 times so it could be filmed from different angles and moved my foot 3 times and hung about while the sorted the light or sound the morning flew by
All Kevin's partners get over marked. It's not their fault, the judges favour him.I wish he would get a really rubbish dancer next year. He wouldn't know where to start, he would be completely out of his depth.

It could be. But then again there arre many ways to intepret a piece of music.
