yeah that big 4 from craig sinks him to the bottom every week....

Danny Mac's AT was much sharper and crisper than louise's last week...yet two of the judges had a go at him. Maybe they think he is too confident...

To say the judges had a go at him is a bit harsh... Craig still said it was incredible!

Pimp spot again

The Clifton grusome twosome screaming UNDERMARKED just made me dislike them even more

I think she's been great for the past two weeks, before that I'd probably have agreed that she was a bit dull.
For me it's Claudia that appears to be overmarked. She's technically good, but I've seen nothing that really does it for me..no wow factor.

Actually, I think Kevin would do OK with a rubbish dancer. He would stick to safe basics.

That is my piont he is groomed and pimped for PUBLIC votes like Louise is groomed for JUDGES votes. They are THE SAME.

As I already said in this thread, pimp slot twice - same as Claudia & AJ, but nobody is talking about that!

Everyone else left has had it once, except Daisy who has never performed last.

Edited to add: Judge Rinder not been last either. Claudia was last week 5 and week 7 so if you're going to use the pimp slot argument (weak, in my opinion), she is getting the most favourable treatment.

I just did a tiny bit of filming for the BBC and what will amount to maybe a couple of 30 second bursts on screen, if it gets used at all, took 4 hours to do. Ooh, how exciting for you though, even if just a few seconds on screen. A TV star!

I agree with you regarding the trip to Paris. Probably not as enjoyable as it sounds at first.

It wasn't just them shouting it. I think all of them were doing it.

Public can do what they like, judges alone do all the work for Kevin, it's not the same.

I know Louise has fans out there but I find her bland and boring, IMO she has not improved since week 1 and is being praised to the hills for mediocrity. I just hope that the public will use their own minds and choose a winner they want rather than be told who is improving - I suspect this is going to be like last year's Jay V Kellie situation all over again with judges sulking because their favourite doesn't win!”

I feel like I watched a completely different series last year.

What a nonsense post. So, because you don't like her and for some odd reason think she hasn't improved at all, her getting high marks means It's favouritism? Go suck on your dummy. She didn't even top the leaderboard tonight.

I find it hilarious that Jaliona's fans are STILL bitter about what the judges said in the last year's final and are STILL sprouting Clifton's conspiracy theories.

I've never been a big fan of Louise, but I have thought that she was very good this week and last week. I think she deserved to be second on the leaderboard, for me only Danny was better than her tonight. I did think Danny's AT was better than Louise's though.

Louise and Kevin have been last twice like AJ and Claudia have - they have also started twice and on tonights performance thought they deserved their 2nd place

Errm. The judges can also do what they like. If they want to overscore Louise then they are within their right to. When have the judges ever been a pillar of professionalism?

I also never feel very engaged with Louise's dancing.
I also have difficulties warming to Kevin. He just seems so desperate to win. And don't start me on the fact he has never had a no hopper dance partner.
Also is it confirmed that he gets far more final dance slots than other pro dancers?

I don't know- I feel like I'm being told that Louise is improving and is really coming out of her shell, but I don't know that I've seen that happening.”

When it comes to comparing Louise and Claudia in particular, I feel Claudia is precision perfect but with no or little feeling coming out of her performances - I think that is the gymnast in her coming through.
Louise on the other hand has been improving with her performance levels but still isn't quite there yet, and her precision can be hit or miss.

What I meant is that your theory expects that judges manipulate the public to vote for Ed by giving him low scores and the public let themselves be manipulated. That's a bit far fetched. I'd say people vote for them simply because they find them entertaining. No evil mastermind needed there.

I think Louise is really classy, she's naturally elegant and technically very good, doesn't forget routines or make mistakes, understands the music and the choreography, has a sweet, under-stated style, and deserves the scores she gets. I'm pleased to see she is also foregoing the frumpy outfits, which indicates that her confidence is growing. She hasn't yet given me a full-on wow moment, and I can understand that she may be a little too vanilla for some tastes, but she's consistently good.

Think you need to look at Ore if you're looking for favouritism. Vastly overmarked for a dull Rhumba full of timing issues, despite what Len said.
