I was just wondering when Ed Balls was dancing to Gangnam Style it sounded like no one was singing and they just played the song from a recording instead, as it would too tough to sing it live

How rude! Naturally it wouldn't sound "right" to a native Korean-speaker. However, I'm sure her English isn't perfect either. It would have been much more appropriate for her to have praised the vocalist for his efforts.
I must admit I thought the band would mess this up, but I was amazed to discover they hadn't brought anyone in specially for this and I couldn't tell. They did a fantastic job! Well done Lance especially!

A bit of an overreaction! I'm sure it was only meant in a jokey manner.

How come "too tough"??
Singers have to sing in Russian, French, Urdu or whatever the language. And Korean is very easy to pronounce syllable by syllable. No, I don't think they had to learn the Korean alphabet.

Yes it was in a jokey style and I did say I had thought it was ok [[had even wondered about the live or recording question] but to be fair if you are a native speaker it might sound strange. her own language skills are excellent
