He had two/three years worth of dance classes at stage school... but nothing to prepare him for ballroom etc.
Still believe it's an unfair advantage. If we are to look at who deserves to win based on progress, then I think Claudia should walk this. |

I've got a feeling it might be Rinder too as well.

I think that there are a few people who could win, not just Danny.

Still so up in the air with Louise/Claudia seeming popular and the wildcard that is Judge Rinder.
Would love Danny to win - he has delivered several standout dances for me, but don't think it's easy to tell at all who will win over viewers right up until the final. |

Is it obvious that Danny will win? You can never be sure with the voting public, but I certainly hope so,

The public may think that he is an almighty Ringer who should not be on the show?
His dance tonight was very slick and anything technical he is very good at expected a bit more "joy of dance" though. |

He has the 'hot' vote. Claudia has the 'cute' vote.

I still think it's far too early to claim something like that.

Doubt it. I'm pretty certain Ed is going to win

Tonight's Charleston was verging on clinical.
It was extremely polished - but it had very little character and none of the quirkiness and interest that everyone else's Charleston has had. I usually enjoy Charlestons, because they give even the least accomplished dancers a chance to show a different side to their performance and to let their personality shine through. Danny's Charleston was technically well executed, albeit not perfect but - like Danny - was all style and no substance and was entirely devoid of any personality whatsoever.... and that takes quite some doing in a Charleston. ![]() I was fairly ambivalent about him (and any question of previous dance training) before but tonight's performance has put me right off him altogether. |

Oh it is easy to tell. The winner will be young, hot and male. Just like Jay, Harry and Louis

Some people say he might not win because he's too good and people like to see the celebs getting better rather than just staying on the same level, (etc). Well, that didn't stop Ray Quinn from winning Dancing On Ice. As a child, he had won British and World Junior championships in ballroom and latin and he rollerbladed as a hobby. As good as he was, this meant he had way too much of an advantage. He ended up being top of the leaderboard literally every single week and he still won. |

Yes, I do think it's obvious - even more so after he got full marks tonight.

I can't see him losing. He's going to get to the final, then he has a choice of showstoppers to blow the rest away. For the final there will be several million new viewers who don't give a damn about "ringers", they will vote on what they see on the night.

It's been clear from the start to me. When I saw him cast, and found out about his dance experience, I knew he'd win.

The judges are not even pretending its a contest really, on dancing he really should win. I was sort of hoping that one of the non ringers like Claudia or Judge Rinder would step it up but they haven't. His nearest challenger is Louise who is wetter then a soggy washing line.
I don't think he is as popular as Jay last year, but at least this time last year you had Georgia MF who had a purple patch as the best dancer. The only real minor slip up he has had has been the Foxtrot. |

And he's top in this poll again, with almost three times more votes than the ones in second place. I don't know why some people are saying that it's not obvious when it clearly is: http://forums.digitalspy.co.uk/poll....s&pollid=17069

I think Louise will nick it.
If Danny wins though I'd say it was more down to Oti, and her choreography than any particular fandom for Danny. |
