I reckon Jays storyline will lead R&R's death and Ben and Jay will seek revenge which will culminate in them taking down a major player. This will prove to Phil that Ben is a true Mitchell and we will see Phil hand over the reigns of the Mitchell crime family to Ben before he goes off to retire or dies
