Epson Stylus DX4000
My printer won't pick up the paper and keeps showing "paper not loaded properly"
I've tried redoing the paper and checking the trouble shooter which doesn't help. The printer had stopped and I put a new ink cartridge in as one of them was very low but it still won't start again. Any suggestions please? |

Probably the rubber on the rollers has gone a bit hard or has a surface contaminant.
Might be hard to get to them. Using isopropy alcohol on a cotton bud might work. I think they will will need a lot of going over. If cleaning doesn't work then maybe use of sand paper might help (nail file). But I would try the cleaning first. |
