EastEnders - What's your opinion on spoilers?
Personally I think a few hints and casting news would be helpful and appropriate times like now we have lost a lot of big characters and I feel that some insight into the future direction of the show is needed.

I totally read them all the time. But I think knowing as little as possible about what's coming up enhances the show massively.
If you don't know what's going to happen, you can't hype it up so much it ends up falling flat even if it's really good. Casting news and hints are fine. Generally knowing storylines is fine, it gets people to watch if it sounds interesting. Knowing the ins and outs of an episode before it airs? Not so much. I have only myself to blame for this, but if they didn't release so many spoilers I wouldn't be able to! |

No spoilers whatsoever work best for me. I have been on here since late 2009 and still avoid reading them if I can. Before registering on here I used to occasionally glance at Soap magazine front covers on the shelves when queuing up to pay for something in a shop/newsagents but that was it....and that was only because they were in my line of vision!

Good poll. I went for the third option but wouldn't mind no spoilers at all. It's actually the casting news that I'm getting impatient for.

What kind of spoilers would we get from this useless producer anyway, the residents are up in arms because the chippy is shutting, Dot runs out of bog roll or Martin slips on a grape at his stall.
