She was told to save Sam initially and then change her mind to Ryan as the show loves a big scandal.

No. she knew what the consequences would be. She merely didn't want to get booed for kicking someone out directly

Totally pathetic, it was time for Ryan to go, 4th time in bottom 2 but the first for Sam, outrageous!

Because of this imo Sharon may have looked as though she deviated from the plan but in reality she did exactly what she was supposed to! |

I can only speak for myself though and be thankful I'll never have to hear Sam honking down my television again. They were both pretty much as bad as each other in the sing off - both awful. Sam was consistently flat throughout, Ryan was all over the place. But when it comes down to it I find Ryan's shortcomings far less aggravating than Sam's so personally I'm pleased with Sharon's lack of competence in this instance. |

Emily will be sabotaged next week by Simon to ensure the Emily v Ryan sing off.
Sharon does get mixed up with names but she's probably been told to stir it up to be honest. I've watched this show for years and i could have told you before Olly's performance what was going to happen! They love it - Lucie Jones v Jedward, Laura White etc. I think it's obvious though either is not going to win the competition, and whilst i disagree with the result i do think if you do poll the least of all those people in public votes then you deserve to go. Ryan is SO hard to get rid of. Everyone on the tour is a winner anyway in my eyes making £50-100k, her rock voice wasn't ever going to appeal to everyone unlike Emily who is more mainstream. Simon gave her bad mentoring too in my opinion. Nicole has led the narrative of Sam failing too which hasn't helped... |

Sam is 17 years old and he gives her a Gloria Gaynor song for Disco week. She should have had a more up tempo dancing song and she might not have been in the bottom 2!

Something about Sharon's mannerisms just let you know she was gonna take it to deadlock, regardless of what she actually felt inside.

If Emily is not in the sing off, will you admit that you were wrong?

Although I thought Sam was better in the sing off, in a way I'm glad Ryan got saved over Sam but only because it was a knock to the massive ego that was Simon. Simon was so arrogant last night.

Lol what was with Simons introduction of his own act for the sing off like he went 'ok it's Sam' I was literally like is that it? Something must've happened behind scenes because she literally got thrown under the bus by her own mentor! He usually introduces his acts with a bit of enthusiasm!!!

No, they just love the controversy and the producers think any news is good news even if its controversial! I'm so used to their rubbish now and Sam was one of my favourites but Simon dug her grave by giving her shite songs. Sam is 17 years old and he gives her a Gloria Gaynor song for Disco week. She should have had a more up tempo dancing song and she might not have been in the bottom 2! Sam had so much potential and Simon ruined it for her!

They want to milk "Remily" for another week I think. I wouldn't be surprised if they are pushing for a bottom 2 consisting of the couple, which is definitely a plausible outcome next weekend if Saara wipes the floor with the competition again like last week!
