Nicole seems to be asking Simon a question. We can't lip read what she's saying, but it's fairly clear that Simon replies "Ryan", and Nicole looks shocked.

Do you honestly think that? Or do you mean in a moral sense? Cowell will know exactly who's got what before Dermot announces who's safe. He's an executive producer on the show, which is his show as well.
