Looks like Sam Lavery has gone this week after her awful performance of I Will Survive. But i eltl that if Simon gave her a better song then she might have survived this week

Awesome post berating a 17-year-old, girl. You're cool .

Well she could actually sing, and was actually interesting so yes the show will miss her in my eyes.

However I'm not surprised that the public wouldn't vote for her because of those reasons above, there's a weird thing against Rock and Indie on this show, Rock gets classed as shouty, and Indie gets classed as dull, no matter who's singing those genres there'll be people branding them as those things, especially if they're female so Sam did well to get to week 6, even if we have to put up with generic 5AM performances going forward.

I loved Sams rock voice and will really miss her, just a shame that Simon didn't put more hard work into Sam as he has Emily, who is obviously his favourite. Simon has given Sam such crap songs for a 17 year old. Considering it was Disco week he should have given Sam a dancing, upbeat song!

Sadly Darcyprincess I don't know if anything was saving Sam this week, she did a Jay James.

However I would've loved her to have got to Movie week just to do White Rabbit or Decode, it was the reason why I was looking forward to Movie week and she's not even gonna be there to sing one of those songs.

I liked Sam but she was given no favours with her songs she was interesting and a little bit quirky.

We are left with the worst final six ever

I am pleased not to have my ear drums offended any longer.

Although with this in mind, I didn't care who went in the sing-off tonight.

Sadly no .... Her foghorn tuneless voice will not be missed but if it was between her and Honey G then she would stay

You only need to see the VTS before she was in the lives to see how much better she was before. I am sad that she went before Ryan as she overall was much better than him.
