Why, are you going to expand on your opinion?

Would there be any point?

Think back to her first few years on the show, her attitude stunk. Since then she improved her PR. In the past few years she has reverted to type:

Surly attitude to scores she does not like;
A face that cannot hide her displeasure;
When you see her in the background (during Claudia's bit) her expressions seem false.

I surely can't be the only one who sees her as false.

In your opinion, there are many of us who love Natalie.

You're not, I agree with you. I actually think she's done a grand job with some of the less able participants, but seems very desperate this year. However there seems to be an unwritten rule on DS that you cannot criticise "Goddess" Natalie.

OP, is there any reason why you couldn't have said this in the other thread you created in order to tear Natalie to shreds?

I recognise what you are saying a little but certainly not to this degree.

Nat was dislikeable to me when she was partnered with Ricky W, her raw desire to win wasn't attractive. Since then she has grown on me and I've really liked her with the duffers However, I am seeing faint (very faint comparably) echoes of her RW days with Greg.

So you just opened two different threads in order to slag off Natalie...

Good luck with that, son. Her nickname here in the DS is "Goddess" .

I am starting to dislike Natalie. I have found several times this series she has made the dance far too contemporary and over sexualise it, and made the dance more about her than her partner. Her rumba was a case in point and the dance she did the week after, i think it was a waltz or foxtrot. The start and finish of it was very contemporary. She doesn't seem to be choreographing the dances how they should be. Greg isn't a great dancer but he is doing ok. I think he'd do better with a better teacher/dancer though.

Lovely piece.

I really like Natalie but am getting very tired of every dance wafting her skirt to show off her (petfect) bottom. It is as if she wants the audience to notice said butt and keep her and her celeb in. I even said to husband how many seconds into the dance before we "accidentally on purpose" see her derriere!

All the long time pros want to win, it's one of the ultimate trophies they can achieve and it must be frustrating when they either get duffs or get good dancers and just miss out. It's their challenge, it is a competition and they will do what they can to try to win if they have the slightest chance.

Natalie is one of my favourite pros, although I do admit there does seem to be something a bit off about her this year. I'm wondering if perhaps she's decided this will be her last year and that she wants to try and go out on a high after a string of duffers.

Thanks for the link, that's a great piece. I like her on twitter too.

I think Natalie is mainly getting grief from people who are cross they are both still in. I think pretty much all couples are getting nasty stuff written about them, except perhaps Claudia, though maybe she is and I'm not reading those threads. The OP is entitled to their opinion but I don't agree.

Yes, it is really annoying, especially when some of her fans are rude to posters who criticise her.

I am sure Natalie will get over your irrational dislike, supported by her very many fans who think she is one of the best people on SCD.

And if DS had anything to do with the USA your comment might make more sense.

I have been vaguely feeling the same and wondering what was at the bottom of it.

Incidentally, I thought the makeup people did her no favours this week - thick and hard looking
