I never rated Bjork, always though her music was a bit odd and pretentious.
But having listened to some her albums (the first 5), I am truly amazed by her both her voice and very experimental sound.
She is one of those artists in which your personal favorite album changes during the course.
1. Debut- fantastic way to kickstart her career, incorporates Indian/Bollywood sounds
2. Post - embodies the whole 90s aesthetic with tracks like Army of Me, Hyperballad and Isobel
3. Homogenic - Her magnus opus electronic album with splendid production, which to this day sounds very current.
4. Verspertine - feel as though this album can really give Homogenic a run for its money, it has a very atmospheric quality to it
5. Medulla - really unconventional but works amazing with it being acapella.
Probably has one of the best discographies around
Sow which song/albums are your favourites?
