I forgot about the thread oops xD

I liked Billy being the stronger Mitchell now, but of course I feel bad for Jay and his situation. I like their family unit so I want them to find out what is really going on with him.

I know but what is Billy going to do; he cannot trust Jay and he can't be with him every moment of the day to check what he's doing.

Bringing drugs around Billy's home and family is not on, I don't blame him.

How can you compare Lee money problems to the Square not having a Christmas Tree

MOOOOOOOO!

Don't blame Billy for putting his foot down. But Jay is now stuck in a cycle he can't escape from [without likely fatal consequences]..

Oh Mas. Drawn back into the clutches of the horrid Zainab already...

Why doesn't Jay get Ben to help him? seems how they are suppose to be 'brothers'.

Poor Lee.

It was a decent episode tonight. I did like the character interactions with Libby and Vincent and the scenes with Mas and Jayne. Whatever your opinion of her, it shows that people with disabilties do struggle and she must have a lot of faith and a good team behind of carers and physios to walk. It was a nice touch and rekindled old times between the two. It's unlikely we'll see Zee unless we get an airport scene, but I think it's for the best and wherever Nitin goes I wish him well. Carmel is a bitter harridan, but let the man live his life. He's a grown adult and wants the best for his family.

Lee - That Oz is a totally pussyclaat. Nasty piece of work, and the boss is no better. I am glad they've highlighted this, but whatever you think of the show they are tackling workplace bullying head on. Whitney needs to get out and earn too - surely she's getting some money or her family (maybe shady Ryan) could help her. She's putting too much pressure, but Lee is probably ashamed through pride to admit he is only a call centre worker. It's not a place for a depressed young man. Kudos to Jack, (and for London that is dirt cheap) but he's obviously not on that kind of money.

Oh Jay - sadly the spiral of addiction / dealing is very vicious. I wouldn't have sacked him if I was Billy, I'd have probably gone short just to get the scumbags off his back! I do wonder where his character will go next. Jamie is playing a blinder and I'm glad he's being used more and more.

Roxy - I guess she does feel a second or third wheel to Ronnie and co but she'd better living her own life or living with Dona - I think they'd make good flatmates. I do like her bonding with Amy. She's screwed up re: the drugs smuggling but she wants to make amends.

The Christmas tree saga - it does happen sadly. With council's budgets getting more and more smaller thanks to those in charge (and wasting money on chief Exec's - I've been given a chance to stand against our council's Chief Exec in 2019), it's realistic. Quite a few places have private donations to pay for a tree / lights.

EastEnders is doing a great job covering workplace bullying topic because it's raising awareness and unfortunately many people are in this situation. Lee's boss is a stickler for the rules but sadly there are some managers like him in the real world but Lee should quit his job and be honest to Whitney before making things worse, eg: the lies. Whitney means well but she is putting a lot of pressure on Lee, however, I can cut her a bit of slack because she isn't aware of Lee's situation.

Masood's exit cannot come soon enough but I hope he reconcile with Zainab in Pakistan and he has always truly loved Zee. I think he has done a great job homeschooling Kamil but he's right that moving Kamil to Pakistan may be good for him because his mother lives there and he has other family members there.

Will Jay come to his senses soon? However, he's in deep trouble and I fear for what happens next when he comes face-to-face with the gang but it's not easy to get out of the messy situation. Kudos to Billy for sacking Jay because he's been given enough chances but he can redeem himself one day.

I don't blame Billy for sacking Jay...the way he's treated him and his family is diabolical, dragging a little kid into his lies. He needs to talk to Ben or Ronnie and own up about his debts.

Another one who needs to come clean is Lee. Whitney is living in cloud cuckoo land and he just keeps stringing her along.

Masood is leaving....now that's a surprise.😏

Strangely it was the Libby and Vincent scenes I enjoyed most tonight.

How strange. It must be a deleted scene since the man Jack was talking to is in the background behind Kyle. I did think Stacey appearing in only one scene was a bit odd.
