The Diego storyline is very odd, what was the point in it”
I also have a bad knee - it's fine if I'm standing up, or sitting down, but depending on how long I'm actually stood on it, the transitions between the two become more difficult & painful. Part of the reason I had such a crap day today (I started a new job, which involved a lot of crouching down, then getting up and doing the same thing somewhere else, & my knee more or less decided "I've had enough of this." (to the extent that somebody had to help me to stand up again) and I had to leave before the end of the shift. Just after I got home, I received a phone call to tell me that my services were no longer required.
And my sympathies to you, Ellie.

But Myra didn't know about his history of violence, she and Sally were only trying to protect JP after James behaved like the biggest a**hole.
Myra may be an awful human being at times, but in this case it's James who has to win her trust. And he seems to be doing just that (probably with the help of JP who will certainly be reassuring Myra about him).

You poor thing, can they do anything to help you, was the job something you wanted to do?
Mine is an injury and the weather and standing most of the day just mean that it was a bit sore

I think the fact that James is a rich handsome Lawyer will make Myra like him enough, all that money and looking like that, everything she wants in a son-in-law

The job wasn't really something I wanted to do (but it
was a job), I think I might need to see my doctor about it. Thanks for your concern.
And apologies for getting totally off topic.

to be fair when the ep included save diego as the main focus and morticia, going off topic makes sense

A very good point.
Thanks, everybody for the discussions tonight, and more importantly, reassuring me about my sanity (but hang on just a minute - I watch Hollyoaks - can I really be sane?) I look forward to typing at you in the future, Goodnight.

Exactly!!, nothing good comes when you forewarn the person in soapland!
