Agree re Scarlett. I think she's a hoot and anyone who's seen her on Gogglebox knows that she's lived a (self-confessed) very protected life and that going on IAC is actually a huge out-of-comfort-zone deal for her.

Gogglebox is so much greater than the sum of its parts. It's a uniting, empathetic and at times, very moving and beautiful weekly snapshot of all of us.

I think it's insulting to compare Scarlett to Vicky Patterson, don't recall Scarlett ever behaving like a Geordie Shore wannabe. She seems a quick witted young lady who comes across as quite sweet.

If you had used Google a little bit more you would have seen the Gogglebox has been very successful, has had 8 series, won 7 awards and regularly gets more than 3 million viewers.

Gogglebox isn't scripted at all. They watch what they're given and react the same way that people up and down the country do. It's a glimpse into someone's living room, seeing them react to the programs we ourselves watch. It's nothing like a scripted show like Geordie Shore or Towie.

I love GoggleBox ,and am pleasantly surprised up to now with Scarlett on I'm a Celeb .she gets on my nerves a bit on Gogglebox and when I heard she was going in the Jungle though ''Bloody hell'' but she's been alright up to now

I honestly think that in the last 16 years or so reality TV has had this toxic effect on society where people are constantly accusing other people of being ''fake'' or 'putting on an act''. There are people in life who are actually nice people and actually have larger than life personalities like Scarlett and it's not fake!

Gogglebox won the Rose d'Or and a BAFTA. It's leagues above I'm A Zeleb in terms of acclaim.

A friend of mine knows Scarlett and apparently she was horribly bullied at school,She went to the same 6th form college as my son and shes pretty much an average girl from this area.I think she's rather lovely and sweet natured,in fact think everyone this year is nice, let's hope it stays that was and we have some positives rather than nastiness

I don't think she is horrible, I certainly think she is very unattractive to look at. In terms of celebrity, I don't think she's stupid (she's getting a decent wedge for max 3 weeks work), maybe she is a nobody but then again how many of the others are somebodies. For me it's the opposite way around lol....I like her on gogglebox but she is annoying me in the jungle. I feel she is trying to hard but it's early days .
