Yes, put Tracy and Marlon together - it will make fast-forwarding scenes with those two characters much easier!

I haven't t liked Kerry since she misled Amy so much re having Kyle returned to her. However, I do feel some pity for her. Dan is in no better a position to judge her than Cain is with Moira. He cheated, and she forgave him. She was silly to sleep with the buyer guy, but he was equally to blame. Yet she came off a lot worse. Heck if it hadn't t been for Priya, he would have had the male Sharmas bending over backwards to keep him happy. She's s drowning her sorrows to a worrying extent - does she have a drink problem?

She's absolutely horrible. It would be perfectly fine if she slept with every guy out there, but she acts like some sort of victim when they treat their ons just that, an ons. Priya was actually really nice to her, but she trwated even Priya like crap. Any employee wiuld get fired if they went to abuse a business customer, and that's why she got fired. Dan and Sam both are too kind to her, but Kerry acts like everyone is kicking her when she's down.

I like her, but the plot she's stuck in right now is another matter. I'm usually big on follow through, but this is a plot the writers could dump tomorrow and I wouldn't complain.

Lately, definitely. I liked her with Dan and thought her humor was great with other characters and their situations, but (like others have mentioned) I dont like her much as a leading character trying to be all dramatic. She works well as the 'funny friend', not so well when she has to play sad, mad, desperate, etc.

The buyer guy was a customer, they were making a deal, which the company desperately needs. They didn't care who Kerry did or didn't sleep with, but Kerry barged in on a business meeting and started hitting George. That's already a law suit in the making, so of course the Sharmas were trying to apologise and appease him. Priya went out of her way to console Kerry, and Kerry acted like it was the company's and Priya's fault.

It's so disappointing to see a character that had been developed now being regressed. However I'm assuming as last night's episode ended with her drunk and eating chocolates she is going to be found in a diabetic coma, so perhaps a stint in hospital will allow her to get back on track.

She's turned onto a dreadful characature, man!
Irritating voice and mannerisms, beyond funny at this point.

A gross, vulgar, unprincipled, nauseating character who demeans Emmerdale. I had great hopes for Ian McCleod when he took over the show, but if he thinks Kerry-man is entertaining then they made the wrong choice for producer. I won't be watching this evening as I believe he has this digusting character as the main theme again.

As much as Kerry is annoying me, I do have to point out there's something off kilter about the whole show at the moment.

The scenes with Nicola and Jimmy have been equally as turgid with a vibe of seen it all before too many times.

I've never liked Kerry as a character at all but the way she's been written at the moment is pretty horrific

While we are talking about la-la land where normal rules don't apply, the Kerry character is totally beyond belief. That damn helicopter should have crashed on top of her and done everyone a big favour!

Totally agree. For me, it was the scene where Diane was lobbing a brick through a window, which made me wonder what the hell I was watching. As well as that George guy fawning over the chavtastic Kerry last week. Can anyone honestly say that was anywhere near realistic - or even entertaining?

Kerry's her own worst enemy. The slightest thing that goes wrong in her life and she goes into destructive mode. She ruined her chance of getting back with Dan by snogging Sam. Now she'll most likely be charged with breaking into the workplace that she was sacked from. She's a disaster! She always turns to the drink when anything negative happens in her life. She's a total mess!

Yes! Insufferable, intolerable, indefensible, inexcusable - urgh I can't stand her, a vulgar, crass, unfunny, shameful, cringeworthy, debauched, drunken embarrassing tart of a woman with not an ounce of decorum or decency. There's no level she wont sink to or standard she won't drop. She's the sort that if you were unfortunate enough to be related to her, you would absolutely dread gatherings and occasions knowing she was going to turn up and make a complete exhibition of herself in front of all your nearest and dearest - probably before trying to cop off with them all. Appalling person whose as good at controlling her actions as she is her knickers, it's always someone else's fault she's done something illegal/immoral, never her own. She doesn't know the meaning of the word responsibilty, just plays the blame game. Oh and if her antics are meant to be amusing it's a spectacular fail. She's about as funny as a modern comedian.

I find her very irritating and I don't pay any attention to any scenes she is in. It's all boring rubbish and who acts like that in real life anyway? The actress comes across as very stroppy and is unlikeable. The way she carries on in the factory is beyond ridiculous and just would not be tolerated in any work place.

I couldn't have put it any better myself Great post, well summed up.

She's an appalling creature who was just about bearable in the background when she was with Dan but since she's come to the fore in this ridiculous spiralling out of control storyline she's a prime pain the in ar$e and I loathe her. It's a wonder I haven't sprained my eyes I roll them so much when she's on.
