Emmerdale-anyone else find Kerry insufferable?

That is exactly what should have happened, so I'm disappointed they didn't display it quite correctly. Eating all those chocolates, alcohol, we didn’t see her inject her insulin so I'm sure she would have been very ill, if not comatosed by the time they found her, yet she appeared normal.
I am a type 1 diabetic for over 40 years and i know I would have had consequences. So, in my opinion research wasn't done.
A dreadful, pointless character who should have left when her miserable daughter departed. A so called comedy character who's as funny as a boil on the bum. Let her and desperately dull Dan have a happy ending by moving them both to Australia.
A terrible storyline which is just farcical. What type of manager would let an employee get away with Kerry's behaviour, and let her walk all over them (and not for the first time either).
I started to slightly take to Kerry a while ago, but not now. She should be sacked from the factory and the salon because of the way she treats her bosses.
Either put her back with poor Dan (who deserves much better), or write her out, as she is bringing no enjoyment to the show (well not for me anyway).

What has Australia ever done to you for you to inflict that terrible person on them.
I would have thought that Outer Mongolia may be more suitable, she would be quite at home with a load of yaks!

i 100% Agree with this.
She's been really annoying since she split with Dan. As a diabetic I can tell you that no way on this earth could a diabetic get away with all that binge drinking without severe consequences, and last night, alcohol and chocolate? I'm surprised they didn't find her dead in last nights episode.

Considering she lost her sight temporarily earlier this year due to her unhealthy lifestyle and the fact she has diabetes I would have expected this recent binge drinking and chocolate eating to have given her serious medical problems- then again soaps are not always great at long term consequences and such.
Also it's ridiculous that Rishi thinks Kerry has a good case for compensation- absolutely ridiculous! She assaulted a man and lost the business a fortune- any employer would absolutely have the right to fire her as it would be gross misconduct. Add on the fact she then broke in- trashed the place and ate the stock and stole from Rishi.
I get that the supplier guy was a sleaze and he did use Kerry but that is not the business fault, she pushed herself into the meeting- Jai kept telling her to back off in fact.

I used to kind of "get her" as comic relief, but this character is just insufferable now. A waste of space and a waste of time.

I agree, I also think they have an obligation if they give a character a diagnosis to follow it through, not just use it when it suits a storyline. Diabetes is about lifestyle as much as medication and the ramifications of not looking after yourself are so serious.

Even when they were trying to show Kerry having a healthy lifestyle after her eyesight scare, they showed her drinking orange juice, which is absolutely packed with sugar! My OH is a Type II insulin-controlled diabetic and avoids fruit juices like the plague,
Right, I've changed my mind after the last two episodes. She's rubbish now and that's down to the storyline. 
Why don't they rename it "Kerrydale" and have done with it.

Last evening's episode of Kerrydale was a disgrace to the whole production team. I see Emmerdale being phased out if this continues.

Top of that list for me is Charity. I thought she was supposed to be going to France..what happened to that??
I know Kerry is an awful person and she's meant to be, but I don't find her half as irritating as Queen Charity Dingle.

That is just what I was thinking! She is awful and getting worse as indeed Emmerdale seems to be at present. Just hope it improves.

Not just you. I think the writers insulted our intelligence when Jainand Rishi thought it was illegal to sack someone who came to work drunk, attacked a customer she had slept with and broke into the workplace and wrecked it!! As for coming into the pub in a wheelchair and wearing a neckbrace , just the sort of thing they sell in Yorkshire villages - NOT! If it is meant to be funny it just isn't!
