I assume These Apartments that So Many of the Residents of CS are Buying are Very Close to CS, How come Nosey Norris and Mary have not been Round yet with their note pads and Peering through the Windows to see what they are Like ? . Yes i Know they are not getting Built, At least one of the Buyers must be itching to see how they are Getting on and has not had the Chance to Nip round for a Nosey themselves to give everyone else an update on Progress.

I doubt there would be any windows yet. Some of them asked last week like Rita and were fobbed off with an open day when there is something to see

True but there would still be activity to be seen. New windows and that sort of thing. Certainly enough to draw you to it when it's just round the corner or even just a few streets away.

I wonder how close it's meant to be cos it seemed like a bit of a drive when Phelan took Eileen to see it but then as you say it's not close enough that the neighbours can see what's going on.

Plus do they really think Phelan and Vinny are doing all the work themselves? Why hasn't Eileen questioned them not paying any labourers
