RIP David Mancuso one of the pioneers of the club scene back in the days of disco.
He influenced do many other huge names in dance including Larry Levan, Frankie Knuckles and David Morales

Indeed 'Love Is The Message' & 'love Is The Answer' (take note TRUMP)

Would've loved to attend an original 'Loft' party back in the 70's, taken a tab of (free) acid by Frankie Knuckles (who apparently mixed it into the punch!), and then danced my bollocks off to 'qualiteeee' (underground) disco amongst a haze of weed, party balloons and like-minded chilled people of ALL BACKGROUNDS.

And not an ounce of gabba,techno,trance & pompous rawk in sight! YEA!

Hopefully, one day his contributions to sound systems will be more revered too.
