So this started last night on the USA network. I loved it and wish they aired two instead of one as I really want to watch the next one now.

Not too bad, a bit too similar to the film, but hopefully it will go in a different direct from now.

I can't see it being more than a one season show though.

Seemed ok to me. Somebody mentioned in another thread that the film (and presumably season one) was based on the first book of a series so there is the potential for more seasons.

I am currently reading a book with the same title, so not sure if this series is based on the book I am reading. If the main character is called swagger, then its the same book, in which case I wouldnt bother reading the book, its pretty crap.

Sorry I didn't see this thread when I started the other one. I loved this show. The ending made me want the second episode straight away too

I'm a big fan of Ryan. Very underrated actor.

ep2 - big fan of the show too. Have multi-watched the movie and so far the show is doing well with expanding the story to the small screen.

I haven't seen the film but enjoyed the first two episodes. It looks like the kind of show that if it had been all released at once I could have easily binge watched it all.

The film is DEFINITELY recommended (most satisfying), though maybe when the series is over - do we know if they're gonna expand this over multiple seasons ?

He's likely to be pissed when discovering Saggat WASN'T the one did the killing. Though methinks that hidden phone will play a part in future eps.

I'm confused, was Payne the cop who walked into the apartment as swagger jumped out of the window? If so who was the fat cop being interviewed by the press claiming it was him?

I think this series would work, if every week he helps someone fight injustice while he searches for the one armed man who framed him.

I was having trouble telling the bad guys apart too - and yup I got confused about that switcharoonie too - (if Payne is the guy from Warehouse 13 then...) it seems like Payne did the shooting but they got someone else to be the face-on-tv person to take the credit.

To distance himself from it.

Enjoying the show but I'm getting annoyed by Netflix dubbing out the swearing and putting "inaudible" in the subtitles.

I'd have to agree

I wonder how many people get offended by hearing the F word in TV shows. Such is the prevalence of the word in society that I don't believe that many people would be offended by it nowadays

There is only mild swearing as it is shown on a basic cable channel, I don't think they use the F word.

Started watching this last night and ended up watching 3 episodes back-to-back. Its good so far, especially when I thought the film its based on wasn't that good. Don't get me wrong though, its standard American tv thriller and nothing really surprises me, but its interesting for now.
