Its is a bit like the early series in the way they seem to get on , a shame they don't have the late night live feed as they used to as it would be interesting to listen to their chat. In a way reminiscent of Big brother series 4 which Cameron won, many said it was boring I actually liked it as it was like eaves dropping on a conversation on the bus, no big egos and tantrums for ratings effect.
![]() at the moment this is a bit too bland, I like to see them getting on but not to this extent, we need to see them start losing some trials and eating rice for a few days

I LOVE this cast. I've watched every episode so far and smiled all the way through, with quite a few genuine laughs along the way. What a pleasant relief from the constant negativity and conflict on TV, online and in the real world.

I'm enjoying this series, I find the arguments tiresome. I like Martin Roberts, I have no idea what Danny Baker is like. |

Totally agree, last year it was unmissable, this year is a total snoozefest so far.
They all get on here and it's so falsely nice much like the camp |

They have bonded incredibly quickly. No one is being left out or isolated and they seem to respect and appreciate each other. Larry is a good influence on the group and full of encouragement. It may not stay that way but it's lovely to see.

Carefull you are not allowed to say anything negative here or you will have the fans jump on you.

Maybe and it's just a shot in the dark, if you didn't make bitchy digs about people here, people wouldn't "jump on you " as you put it.

Or even if they didn't make 457 post a day saying howshit the show is and that they refuse watch anymore but yet are back again the following day with a further 694 identikit posts, they wouldn't have any concerns about getting jumped on - not that I've seen that happen anyway

It's very old school and not in line with how current reality shows are normally cast

I think its giving a distinction between Big Brother and I'm A Celeb. The latter doesn't need to be arguments and drama to make it entertaining.

It is partly down to the cast but also the tweak in format has helped. It has been the norm in the last few years for the camp to be split into two competing camps from day one. This meant that one camp always went hungry and that led to animosity.

I'm loving this series, it's very "back to basics" and relying on the campmates to be interesting viewing rather than manufacturing angst. I much prefer it like this. Jordan has dropped a few little one liners which have made me chuckle, I like Scarlett's quirkiness, Larry is a legend, Joel is fascinating, Adam is cute.

Not enough interesting characters imo. They all seem very nice but Joel and Larry have been the only ones having anything interesting to say so far. Watching all the girls practicing cat walking and Carol and Joel discussing maths while Scarlett looks on vacantly just isn't interesting. Hopefully Danny should liven it up a bit, always found him a bit of a prat but at least interesting.

I used to love IAC but haven't watched it for several years.
While I'm convalescing I'm watching this on catch-up and I've really taken to the group. It's so refreshing that people get on well and there's no nastiness. I hope Martin and Danny joining them doesn't unsettle things - especially given what Danny said to Scarlett when he entered camp. I hope he hasn't gone in with an agenda (whether his own or the production team's). |
