Very true. There had been a range of reasons to fire Karthik before, but he's picked up from then. I don't think it was justified.

Dylan/Dillion should have gone instead of Samuel.

There was no way he was going to fire 3 people there's too many episodes left.

Samuel should have been saved on his performance in previous tasks

Exactly.

Why weren't Grannie and Courtney brought back into the boardroom? It was a sales task but they didn't sell anything. They lost the task because of that.

OK he has been around on previous tasks, but this was the first week when there was any focus on Samuel.

Bit rich to fire Samuel for lying when Sugar has let someone win before with a dodgy CV.

Not much to choose between them. Dillon also got away with it as it was outside his comfort zone, which is some excuse to make!

What about when he was PM and the row with Jess/the whole team?

What about on the sweet task when he ignored the pricing?

Just two key points off the top of my head.

He has been as relevant as most of the candidates

I liked Karthik, but don't think LS could cope with him any longer.

Wrong decision from Sugar on the Indian guy imo. (even though the yes men on You're Fired would probably disagree) He was doing pretty well recently and deserved a pass this time round as opposed to the chick that has been pretty useless throughout.

Exactly. It's completely baffling that he was fired for this task. He probably has a shit business plan so LS let him go but it makes a mockery of the whole show when someone who's not responsible is sent home. He offered twice to go to the high-end stuff and was declined. However, he did sell what was in front of him and was the best on that team. He sold the items for the RRP as well so he really shouldn't be criticised for that.

Agreed. It's completely baffling how they weren't brought back. After firing Karthik, LS should've made the decision himself on who should be brought back because Grainne was never going to say Courtney. Also, the PM brings two people back and themselves automatically as they were responsible for the task as a whole so If Grainne was being given the responsibility to name someone then she should've stayed in the boardroom too.
