I kept a casual interest in this throughout, watching various clips here and there. I'm usually not a fan of returnees competing against newbies anyway, but knowing how much BBOTT would rely on public vote it was verging on ridiculous.
There's also something about Jason's lazy entitled attitude that rubs me the wrong way.
So to see him screw himself over and fall short of the win made me do a little jig around the room.
But Morgan did her part too. Despite it being such an irregular format, it's interesting that the social game once again made a huge difference on the end result. Morgan remained respectful throughout (at least as much as you can be) thereby not alienating the 'jury' which this time happened to be the viewers. She was also a rootable underdog and was clearly going to mop up the Ball Smasher votes.

Since he's a huge fan of BBUS and apparently BBUK too, Jason really read the situation and the psychology of public voting all wrong, especially leading up to the final. Falling out with Justin and assuming Morgan would be the easier one to beat was perhaps the final nail in the coffin of Jason's game. Perhaps Justin had more individual fans than Morgan, but with Justin in the final the line between fanbases would be somewhat blurred, there wouldn't be any concentration of Ball Smasher fans for instance.

Overall I think this end result has breathed new life into BBOTT and its future, as it's shown that you have to expect the unexpected. The mood of the public can change on a whim. Though I hope there is less public influence in future, I say get rid of the public's 3rd nominee at the very least as that is just too much influence.
Jason did read the situation and the psychology of public voting all wrong, With his constant bitching and pettiness towards the ballsmashers Alex, Morgan and Shelby. I get the trash talk hookers etc. but thought he went too far in comments like "Shelby is a Prostitute and gives blowjobs, she must do she is a waitress". And wiping boogers on clothing, bedding etc. There would be a lot of viewers that would have been turned off by that and in the end wouldn't vote for him.

The vote was close but in the end Morgan deserved her win as she had the hardest road to the end often on the wrong side of the public vote. She was the underdog to beat and won competitions when she had to. She won it for the Ballsmashers!

If there is an OTT2 I hope they do get rid of America's nom. I agree it is too much influence. Also this version can do with some reward tasks and secret missions to help keep it entertaining for the viewers and cut down on the boredom.

A month since Morgan won the game and I'm still not over it

My favourite winner since I began watching (series 12). Heck, my favourite winner including the Canadian series, too.

Haven't really ever liked or supported any of the previous winners so it feels good to finally have someone I enjoyed watching win.

Ballsmashers are still going strong.
Monte is visiting Alex and Morgan in two weeks.
Alex and Morgan got invited to Whitney's wedding which is in October, I believe.
Alex, Morgan and Shelby are off to a Britney Spears concert in February/March (Whitney got invited but she said she'd only go if Winston - her boyfriend - could tag along, but they said no because it's a girls trip so she turned down the offer).

Alex has just announced on Twitter that the three of them (Alex, Morgan and Shelby) have plans to move in together.
