He's so flawed. Whenever he's got a good thing going, he can be guaranteed to royally screw it up, lash out and go on a self pitying rant. He's very real and played by a great actor.

I've always loved Peter. Well, since he's been a regular character as played by Gascoygne, he wasn't in enough to make an impact before that.

He's very flawed but that is what is makes him interesting. He's always believable and I think sympathetic. Being played by an attractive, charismatic actor helps.

Peter has always been my favourite CS character, it's great to have him back. Now with them extending the Barlow unit on screen it's added something for me

I think the actor plays a good part and his return signals a decent direction for the Barlows. I think the character is a TERRIBLE Father though and I'm a bit uncomfortable with the way that it's just accepted that he's useless and it doesn't really matter!!
