Samuel and Dillon.
I actually don't think Kartick was that bad, I think they went out of their way to make him look as bad as possible in the edit. Yeah they lost by a HUGE margin but that wasn't necessarily Big K's fault, think it was a shame he went out so soon. |

I was surprised- Karthik was an absolutely horrendous leader, I didn't expect that- completely bizarre decisions or no decisions along with being very childish and inappropriate when trying to sell - I have never understood when it comes to these sales tasks, when the PM goes to the low value items as it will always pale into insignificance to the high ticket items. Courtney and Grainne should have been in firing line as they didn't step up to it at all and didn't really try that hard. They were unlucky to miss out on the client sales but I think even if they'd sold one to anyone, it would have been fair to get away; 0 was pretty unacceptable I thought. £188 against £40,000 was shocking.

Courtney and Alana. The jetski sales lost it for them and Courtney was useless on that. Alana once again did sod all but was then all mouthy in the board room about everyone else. She also keeps talking over everyone when they are trying to defend themselves, can't stand her. They were all terrible but Samuel was the last one that should have been fired. He got picked on for lowering the prices but it was a stupid price to begin with and without him they would have made only half their pitiful sales.

When a team loses by such a big margin where almost everything was going wrong, the PM is pretty much a certainty to be fired.
After that it was basically up for grabs and down to who Sugar likes better. Courtney and Grainne were a little out of their depth but it was the most difficult task and maybe things could have been different if Karthik changed up the teams a bit. The rest of the team was just lost, but I suppose it was fair that since Samuel once again went rogue and changed pricing without anyone else's say, there was something to use against him as an ongoing issue. |

Yeah they lost by a HUGE margin but that wasn't necessarily Big K's fault, think it was a shame he went out so soon. Even an ordinary car costs the same as a jet ski. One thing Samuel will have understood is that because no-one spends £15,000 on a whim, it is important to qualify customers -- who is just looking and who has been considering this purchase for months and now intends to buy one? Think of it like you buying a car. You might not have known you would buy that particular used Ford Focus Titanium with tinted rear windows but you will certainly have known you were looking for a car and would have read a few car magazines, or these days watched some reviews on Youtube. What never happens is you walk past a showroom, think "that blue one looks pretty and shiny", buy it and then book some driving lessons. All this would be second nature to Samuel. And that's why Karthik deserved to be fired. |

Karthik for sure. He could have covered his backside by putting Samuel on the jet skis,, either by them winning, or by having Samuel "the expert" to blame for a loss.
I was surprised that Courtney and Grainne got off easily, the others could have sold all day long but never have made up one big ticket sale. In saying that, Sofi was probably the luckiest candidate this week.

Samuel was the only person on the team that didn't deserve to be fired. He got totally stitched up. What a ridiculous week.
