I can't believe people are having a go at him for rubbing it in, 6-0, a tennis score we call it in football, I doubt he has seen that from Millwall more than a couple of times in his life
![]() that's the true meaning of the word 'banter' good natured and not personal, it's not Jimmy Bullard banter ![]() he loves the sound of his own voice but that surely can't be a surprise to anyone ?

He just seems a bit of a prat to me, illness notwithstanding. Tbh I was willing the blues to win that task at the end...not because I particularly like any of then either. Just to give baker a taste of his own 'medicine'!

I am not a fan of Danny Baker, but that Walton's camp needed a shake up, and he has done just that. Let's hope he gets up a few of their noses just to see how they react.

He's in there for a devil-may-care laugh and I think Carol, who's also in there for a devil-may-care laugh, saw a kindred spirit and responded to it. And now they're both the two most evil people on the planet! ![]() ![]() He's still very charmless but I've decided to give him some time to settle in instead of writing him off on the basis of his boorish first day. |

I knew very little of Danny Baker before going into the jungle but so far, not liking him at all. He seems to be trying to take control, way too "gloaty" when his team won the task, never shuts up.
I do think he will irritate his fellow CMs especially when hunger/ tiredness really kicks in. They've definitely thrown a cat among the pigeons & I know the prospect of rows is what some viewers want but for me, I was really enjoying the camp when everyone got on, listening to conversations etc. IMO. a happy camp would've been such a refreshing change to the usual squabbling camps we've had in previous years. |

If you were to ritually disembowel him, he would be the kind of man to give you a running commentary as his innards were torn from his body.
![]() "Oh, and here goes the large intestine ladies and gentlemen, here goes the large intestine...this is one in the eye for those who said I never had the stomach for this kind of work...and ooops...there goes the liver my compadres, there it goes...anyway coming up we've got some more Steely Dan, and then afterwards my small intestine will be draped over my neck my friends, draped over my neck..." |

I'm liking Danny, not sure what all the fuss is about. I found Martin much more intolerable tonight.
Then playing the mean girl "Hands up who agrees with me" , now he is on hunger strike .....pathetic. Yet everyone is having a pop at Danny? Yeah but I guess Martins behaviour is all Danny's fault according to the people on here. FFS he is now moaning about the job he has been given and that's Charlottes fault. I dislike negative people like him |

It's hilarious on here.......so Danny is vile because he led a team to win and celebrated it but because Martin got upset and said Danny gloated , even though none of the other campmates in his team agreed, he was wrong to celebrate.
But Martin who has shown off multiple times and caused every argument or upset in the camp because he doesn't like rice or beans, doesn't like losing, doesn't like the unsportsmanlike behaviour of celebrating a win of any team lol, doesn't like the work given to him to do by the president and it looks like he isn't going to like the food about to come down for dinner. He moans constantly but smiles and laughs while doing it so it's subtle........come on people who is the miserable one.....I would rather have a drink with Danny and laugh than come away depressed. |

Never liked him.
Loud, boorish and far to fond of himself and his mouth. Ignorant with it He does not seem to have improved. He's in there to shake things up. What a bloody drag! |

He certainly is. Just finished the second book of his autobiography and it is very witty and extremely well written.

It does seem amusing that Danny is getting all of this stick for gloating, when it was Adam that provoked the 'discussion' back in the camp when accusing Martin of cheating (which he did), and then Martin made stuff up and blew the gloating out of all proportion, and then tried to break the camp up further by trying to get the other blues to whine about gloating... what a big wuss!
I can totally understand that many people won't like Danny, he is such a polarising character i'm surprised Marmite haven't sought to use him for an advertising campaign...but it was the producers, not him or Martin that sent them in later to split them into teams, and to create an artificial division in the group... and he is just playing the game as it is...had he lost, I don't think he would've squealed like a loser in the way Martin did - he sees the show for what it is, and is having a bit of fun. |

I really like Danny Baker. I don't think he's particularly brash, just stands out as having a personality compared to the rest of the camp mates!

He looks like Deputy Dawg the 1960's cartoon character.
