OK, these are generalisations (apart from the observation about Audi R8 drivers), but, after much observation and research, the worst cars for bad driving are :

All Cars
Cars driven by men
German cars
Audis
Audi R8s

Basically, the further down this list you go, the more likely the car is to be driven badly.

Definition of bad driving : selfish aggressive driving, where the driver is more interested in how fast they get to where they want to go, and less interested in how mush risk they expose others to in order for them to do it.

A bit of a short list.
Where do cars driven by women fit in ?
Where do BMWs fit in?

Hyundia i10, worst cars on the road to get stuck behind

I always give a wide berth to Nissan Micras as they tend to be driven by someone who started driving in 1928 and have never been in an accident - but for some reason have seen loads.

BMW drivers: they tailgate, they never indicate and think that both speed limits and double yellow lines don't apply to them.

Agreed, my neighbour has one and he is a total hazard on the roads.

Women in SUVs, anything where the driver is wearing a hat, women within a mile of their child's school.

Special mention for drivers of Mercedes, Audi and BMW drivers as if a car comes roaring up behind you it's one of those marques.

Yes, I know this is tongue in cheek and probably confirmation bias, but they do seem to be the ones who wait at a junction until you are just a few feet away, before pulling out in front of you at 5mph

Is it fair to say that Audis have now overtaken BMWs as the car of choice for tossers?

Without doubt. It is rarely I see an Audi that isn't being driven like a nob.

BMWs. I'm sure lots of good drivers buy them, but they also seem to be a magnet for rude, aggressive, arrogant, tailgating morons with no thought for the safety of other road users.

Anyone I know who drives a Yaris is a very good and safe driver.

Nothing to debate further as you've condemned all cars as being 'the worst'!

Oi you lot, I drive an Audi! In 41 years of driving, I've had 2 accidents and they were both very minor.

Last year, when I reached 60, I went for an hour's drive with a colleague's husband who is a traffic cop, an advanced driving assessor and teaches advanced motorcycling as well. He pronounced my driving very good, very safe, said my hazard perception was excellent and that I'd pass the advanced test easily.

My current bugbear is Kia Piccantos. They always seem to be driven by people who've forgotten what their right foot is for and they crawl along at a snail's pace.

My experience has changed it used to be the hot hatchbacks XR2 XR3 etc. Now its a lot of the Audis that do tend to get my attention negatively, they generally travel a little bit faster than others on the road and are not giving way at roundabouts and road narrowing features. Some VW drivers in their small cars have an atitude too as well as the occasional Renault you have to keep an eye on.
I feel as someone in 3 series BMW this gives some other drivers a right or a chance to prove their status to me in display of aggressive driving which is frankly a bit on the sad side.

Council Estate Drivers

They're either drug dealers with Audis, or drug users with an old 'borrowed' banger
