Depends on your definition of bad driving.
I don't see wanting to get going as bad. Dawdling, texting at lights, turning right without bothering to get over to the right, indicating to change lanes before the car just behind has passed, indicating right to go straight on at roundabouts, not giving way to pedestrians, applying first come first served at mini roundabouts, texting when driving are all worse.
Not noticed a pattern of car brands and women are just as guilty as men.
