This shows how seriously things have got, how many viewers have left and how low the ratings have got.

You need to

Axe the three older judges who can't sing.
Have younger judges, that can dign.
Cut the bloating, cut the padding.
Stop joke acts.
More research to stop bad contestants who the press then rip apart.

The last decent XF I can remember was 2011 when Little Mix won. I really liked 1d's year, 2010, too.

I think the determination to have a male winner and not even being subtle about it was part of the problems.

The overpraising of Matt an average male act
The overpraising of 5am a shockingly bad boy band
The removal of Caitlin at the judges houses who probably would have won.
Cowbells choice of female acts and the shocking bad song choices for them
Sharon Osborne and her choices

Despite all that they might end up with a female winner again against their wishes
