Well first of all, I'm a big fan of Jasmine Thompson (<3 ), so I can see this show getting off to a good start. Her voice has that raspy vibe but with a clear tone to match and I can see why your mentor went for this song. A very good choice I reckon that should see you through.

Rachel, I commend your mentor for taking a risk, considering where you voice tends to grow when it comes to a style that matches you. For me, I'm kinda on the fence with this choice, it's good that it was out of the box in a way, but at the same time, I'm not sure if that completely worked. That said, I hope you get another chance to totally pull it off next time.

Rachel, in all of tonight's show performance, you were the one I was disppointed about, I felt you were capable of doing much but the song choice limited you. Next week if you make it, It's the Quarterfinals, I hope to see you go all out!

Rachel, I appreciate Danyal took a risk, and I applaud him for doing that. However, I'm not sure if it worked. I wouldn't exactly compare you to Lydia Lucy; You're both very different.
