Where does the law stand on this?
If someone falls down with a heart attack and you offer no assistance and you don't even phone for an ambulance or raise the alarm and you just stand there and watch the person die are you complicit in that persons death?
Obviously you are morally complicit but legally are you obliged to call an ambulance if someome is dying in front of you?
He did commit at least two offences in failing to report a death and moving a body but I'm not sure if he committed a crminal offence by offering no assistance/help as Michael was dying?




Tracy actually murdered someone and she has been allowed back in the fold. Also she went along with a plan to cheat Liz out of the pub and yet still there she is given the time of day by everyone with an extended family and even a decent love life
