Live trial
Did it look like to anybody else Danny was pushing the star the wrong way at some points? I thought it looked like Martin was in the lead then all of a sudden it cut back to Danny who just won, something did not seem right about that result to me.

I thought Danny's star had a long way to go. The next shot was him picking it up.

Was it completely live I wonder? also Was Carols drink actually below the line? and poor Sam , she had it in the bag until the last piece slipped, if one blue had won, then Martin would have won the game.

Couldn't believe that the feed from the gallery was that Carol had won. I haven't a clue who did, but it was their chance to at least make the thing a bit more interesting if they had given it to Lisa.

Martin was turning the star much faster than Danny, as far as I could see.

In the earlier trial, with the weight of the insects, not live I know, did anyone else feel the yellow team were getting a lot more insects dropped on them? I might be imagining it, but the yellow team seemed to be covered with insects, as well as catching them, and the blue team didn't seem to have as many around them or falling on them. That was the trial that felt most fixed to me, that and saying Carol had won.
But I accept that with the editing it's very hard to tell. |

![]() However I don't think there was anything funny about the actual race after that. I thought the same the first time, I thought Martin was about to win, but I think there was an illusion that made it look liked Danny had more turns remaining than he actually did. |

I missed it first time round but I've just watched it back and Danny was given a large headstart because the yellow team were 5-0 up. Strange, I thought each challenge was separate

The reason for the headstart was so Martin's team could still be in with a chance of winning the task. Otherwise, the final task would have been pointless since Danny's team couldn't be beaten. what with being 5-up.

Interesting to see the insects weight task being mentioned. I think that yellow got heavier ones overall.
There was definitely a variation between species that each team got only one got green ants. |

Edit: I don't know what was going on with the blue team when they were sitting in front of each other. The yellow team destroyed them. |

[center][/ Danny had his neck scarf on when they first went to do the trail and it suddenly disappeared. I was not convinced it was live either.

All tasks were supposedly about using mouths only yet Danny clearly took the star out of the box with his hand to put it on top. I'd have thought retrieving it from the both by mouth once it was off the pole was part of the challenge...

Not sure if I am remembering correctly, but with the green ants the yellow team seemed to be pushing through the tube the leaves the ants were on as well but I think the blue team were brushing the ants off. That would make quite a difference weightwise if that was the case.
