A point that Greg's girlfriend is also making on Twitter with the #edballsforthefinal

the ladie's dresses in Saturday's opening number........all copies of the dress Oksana wore a couple of weeks ago with JR?

Yes I noticed that. Maybe there was a problem with Oksana's original dress during the night of the quickstep and they already had that prepared so used it as quick replacement.

It is a beautiful dress though.

I mentioned that to my mum last night after the show. Beautiful dress, mind

Sad to see Greg go, even though I felt he should have gone last week against Daisy, but he did well to get so far with no dance experience whatsoever.

Ed said he was 'astonished' that Greg had gone, I'm more astonsihed that Ed is still there!

Absolutely BeeBumble......however I remember seeing it on ITT with Vicky so that was likely the Thursday.........nevertheless beautiful.

Yes and that is what a dance couple do .

I would respectfully disagree about Greg, the man really hasn't improved much at all since day one, but Nat has hidden it by doing tons of lifts when allowed and long posing motions when not. When he has HAD to do long periods of proper dancing his weaknesses have shown through. I like him as a person and will say last nights dance was perhaps one of if not his best, but he is not on the same level as even Rinder. I will say I would have rather he stayed and Ed left though <shrugs>

As for Rinder, he has improved and I think if they keep him away from the comedy dances he may well do ok, but he started off a bit ropy and again he is not at the same level as those remaining now (Ed not counting of course).

For all that's been said above, it was a disappointment and it's difficult to put your finger on it. Perhaps we expect too much for Blackpool? Somehow it failed to titillate tonight. Both the dancers and the music seemed below par. The professional dancers joining in also distracted.

Surely if any song that suits backing dancers it would have been hey Mickie

More likely this thread with all its weird hang ups aren't invited heh, no doubt the other 10,731,098 people like it a lot more he rather than the 100 or so people here.

Surely its a 40 from a point of someone dancing for only 3 months rather than 10 years, impossible to reach true perfection of a dance professional surely.

Ore cried 2 times in 10 weeks which round here is apparently all the time

My mum liked it. She seemed surprised I didn't.

Ahh well reading this thread all at once does strange things to my head heh

Just don't get how people don't seem to realise an 8 in week 2 would probably only get a 6 now and the marking changes to match increased levels of difficulty put into the dances.
