We actually know that's not true because there was a new top 2 last week, according to Dermot. Speculation was Saara and 5am

Ryan and 5am is my guess.

As for who joins him there, that's a trickier question. In my mind, Matt and Emily are the only ones 100% safe. Honey G had her weakest performance to date and we're nearing the point where the novelty of joke acts starts to wear thin, so it might be her. Saara could also potentially be in the bottom 2 again, given she sang one of the most boring movie tracks in existence dressed a good decade or two beyond her age. She's also due to come down from her rebound vote. 5AM are the wildcard option, their performance was vocally quite poor and the comments they got were pretty bad as well.

I can't see Ryan surviving against any of these three acts though. They'll use his numerous bottom 2/3 appearances as an excuse to save Honey G over him. Saara would obliterate him vocally and her 3 previous bottom 2/3 appearances don't matter against him as he's been there as many times as she has. 5AM in the bottom would be a shock, which provides the producers an opportunity to engineer a shock exit. However, I see this as a far more likely possibility in a 5AM/Saara or 5AM/Honey G bottom 2 next week.”

it didn't clash with strictly, i watched strictly last night and when I turned over the judges were just walking out so it was timed perfectly.

After watching the clips on YouTube this am (was working last night) I have ranked them in the following order from best to worst

1 = Honey G (Tops the charts again - another AMAZING performance, even if it wasn't her best, more stage presence than the rest of the acts put together - Saara take note, great production values are nothing without stage presence)

2 = Saara (Good performance but didn't like her song choice and better production values - A better song choice and this would have been amazing)

3a = Emily (Struggled with this one - any slower and she would have had to sing in reverse, Twin Peaks Dwarf Style, really needs to step up next week, if still here, as two poor weeks could spoil her chances - only just beat Matt and 5AM because she looked prettier and had the added vulnerability to her performance)
3b = 5AM (Once again these boys don't do anything for me - certainly not the next JLS/OD)
3c = Matt (Wow I thought I was watching the wrong performance following the 'praise' he was given yesterday)

Ryan (Why is he still here - should have gone weeks ago - just goes to show that the public, and judges last week, cannot be trusted. Vocals are terrible and NO stage presence)

therefore in my opinion the bottom two should be Matt and Ryan (Ran to go) however can't see Matt getting through due to his 'following' - wouldn't be surprised with a Saara/Ryan bottom 2 (or if Ryan's little minions get out and vote in force a Saara/5AM bottom 2) - with Ryan going in scenario 1 and Saara in Scenario 2

Ryan and 5AM with Ryan finally going.

I'd hope Honey G and 5AM, that might actually have the judges sending Honey G home because they seem to really like 5AM.
I think Ryan will be there again but I don't know how with, I'm hoping not Saara.

On last nights performances it should be Honey G and 5 AfterMidnight but think it will be 2 out of honey g 5after midnight and Ryan

Oh whoops, my mistake. I don't watch Strictly but I know it usually overlaps with the first one or two XF performances.

Still won't save Ryan from being in the bottom 2 though.

I'm going for a shock 5am/Honey G bottom 2. Louis' bitchy comments to Ryan might save him.

Ryan is gone regardless I reckon. Think it could be either Emily or honey g in the bottom 2 with him

Ryan and Emily and if so, Simon will vote to send Ryan home and Louis will as he seems to not like him. Nicole will send Emily home and Mrs O maybe. Deadlock and think Ryan might be saved. EDITED. The shock might be Ryan is not in the bottom 2.

It should be Emily and Honey G based on last night preformances..
Emily was the only one who hasn't improved.

I personally don't vote for contestants because they are Scottish and I don't know anyone here that is voting for either Emily or Ryan because they are Scottish and only that reason alone.

The Daily Record may be championing Emily, ( I don't read it) but even if the whole of Scotland gets behind Emily it wouldn't be enough to keep her in the competition due to the simple reason England is bigger than Scotland. I don't think this "Scottish vote" if it exists is as powerful as its made out. Look at the Brexit vote!

I do find it a little insulting to say that everyone in Scotland will vote Emily just because shes Scottish. It suggests we are sheep who have no minds of our own. But if this Scottish vote exists, tell that to Ryan because based on that argument Scotland is letting Ryan down.

I think the only reason Ryan is getting through in the app vote when it was in place was because it was teenage girls voting for him. I do think had he been up against 5AM or another male, Ryan would have been toast.”

Like it or not the Record are definitely pushing Emily over Ryan.

I reckon Ryan v Honey G. The bookies have been spot on every week from memory as to who would be in the bottom 3/ 2 and Honey G has followed the same path as Relley, Gifty and Sam in the betting on the day they first fell into the bottom 3 slowly shortening all day and drifting in the winner odds. Someone knows something.

I agree regards 5am last night - vocally it was not good.

As I said I don't read the paper. I couldn't care less. They would push Emily over him, he makes her sound like Whitney Houston!

I've watched last night's X Factor now and I have to say it was better than I expected.

Ryan, his pitch was good and he did what he could with the performance but a really bad choice and a really predictable performance. He seems likely to be in the bottom two.

5AM were good, though on this occasion it would be correct to say that they had a little help from the backing vocals and a little help from vocal doubling. To me, no chance of them going tomorrow night.

Matt was very very good on the vocals. But I just don't like anything he does. I feel a bit nasty saying that coz he seems nice enough and is talented.

Emily, again, I'm not a fan of her really but I think she did a really nice version of the song. Enjoyed it more than I expected. I don't think she'll be in the bottom two.

Saara, she did really well. It wasn't perfect but it was near enough. Realistically, no one else could have performed that track who are currently in the finals anywhere near to the standard she did. In moments she sounded fantastic. Massive respect for her.

Honey G, they're playing it too safe with Honey G. It was time to giver her Lose Yourself or Gangsta's Paradise. I voted for her five times, loved her but I think she's in trouble.

Overall, this is one of the best weeks they've had so far (Ryan aside). I also think Honey G just got too predictable this week but I still want her in the final.

I predict, sadly, Ryan and Honey G. I hope Honey G gets another week. If it's between Ryan and Honey G, I think they might just save Honey G (fingers crossed).

We live in Scotland have three phones and always give our votes to Saara. Don't rate either Emily or Ryan.

I'm curious as to what Honey G will do in a sing off situation.

She'll be out there on her own with no big production behind her. Also how can you win a 'sing off' when you don't sing

Hope - Ryan and Phoney, with Phoney going

Think - Ryan and Saara, with Ryan going

Not an issue with the judges this year who seem to have lost the very last shred of credibility that they did have. Honey G, a standing ovation? Do you think this would have happened in 2008? The show is a total joke.

I do have a feeling Ryan will not be in the bottom 2 and got my tin hat on lol. TBH I thought 5 am were dreadful, Matt sung the worst ever bond song ever and hate it. Emily made me want to sleep. Honey G, same and fed up with her. Saara the best singer by far but it will be interesting tonight. Hiding behind the sofa and of course I will be wrong lol.
I think maybe 5am and Emily.
