I saw that. Covered my face at how cringe it was. But I didn't even know what to make of that. Made it sound like he knows what he's talking about...

There's zero evidence he's gay. A lot of male pop singers are a bit camp and flamboyant. I remember people swearing up and down that Robbie Williams was gay because he was so camp. Same with Harry Styles. And why would 'drinking with Sam Smith' mean he's gay? You have a weird, 1950s mentality going on there.

This post is so spot on. As if having a friend who is openly LGBT makes LGBT as well.
My lecturer at university, is one of the campest people I know (and one of the smartest) but he's also blissfully married to his wife. There are lots of girls who are feminine and lesbian and lots of men who are masculine and homosexual. It's no indicator. It just doesn't really matter. He seems a nice lad. Take him at his word and leave him to it.

Yes this exactly. How camp you are is no indication of sexuality. Having said that Matt is gay or at least bisexual.
