Black Friday Deals
Right, I'm nearing the end of my contract with EE so I'm currently shopping around for a decent data package with a decent number of minutes too. EE have some deals on this week - 15GB for £20, 20GB for £25, 30GB for £30 - http://shop.ee.co.uk/sim-only/pay-monthly-phones-AB
I had hoped I was going to be able to get some customer loyalty on this but it seems CS suggest that's as low as it'll go. Any other deals you've spotted

Three are currently offering 3 months free on 12 month sim only plans which makes them very competitive

It is indeed.
![]() Edit: Why is it so hard to speak to someone online about upgrading? Edit two: Because im in the cooling period, apparently this can only be done over the phone.

Not relevant to the op's needs, but there was some cracking deals with the Chinese equivalent to BF.
There's is "Singles Day" on unsurprisingly 11/11. Was big reductions on a lot of tech, phones, tablets, drones etc, and always worth a swatch afore BF hits here. |

They keep cutting me off! 'Technical Issue'
We're just the 'standard upgrades' team, you need retentions. Please call 150 etc. |

The plan includes EU and UK minutes, Roaming unlimited texts, Unlimited price plan texts, 30gb data UK and EU allowances, 3gb free UK data for £39.99 and after loyalty discount you need to pay £28.99.
Is the best i could get, account specific apparently |

Possibly. That offer I got wasn't really an offer. Theyre doing 30gb for £30 at the moment anyway!

Surely your first criteria should not be cost but connectivity, speed, and finally cost? What's the point in getting a cheap deal if the first two criterias are not met?

True. It turns out for £19.99 they will do the max plan version with unlimited calls and texts and the 15GB data for existing customers which convinced me a bit more.

TBH the free texts, 500 mins plus 2gb of data for £5.00 per month with BT Mobile is more than enough for me as I rarely connect to anything other than WiFi.

I think it's unfortunate my usage has gone up - I've been tethering a lot while away from home, and this month I've been without internet at home for a few weeks.
I would rather pay my £35 per month unlimited fibre connection, including line rental and calls plus the £5.00 SIM. Horses for courses I suppose. |

I see this thread seems to be mostly about Black Friday SIM Only deals but has anyone seen any Black Friday deals for buying SIM-free phones?
I've been looking but not found anything yet
