Ok, making a poll from the Ed question that has already been posted.

So..........based on his journey, does Ed deserve to stay in? And will the GBP send that message to the BBC by voting him all the way to the Final?:

I alway said I wanted to see Ed Balls deep in the competition, and he's going down a bomb

I'm quite pleased he is upsetting things. He was truly a beginner and good luck to him going all the way.

I think he'll get to the final, unsure on victory, however.

Deffo ,he is what the show should be about ,people learning to dance not stage school actors and singers who have been dancing for years but people who dad dance it makes the show more enjoyable,I get bored seeing the perfect dancers each week

Given the parameters of light entertainment if the public vote keeps him out of the DO and awards him the glitter ball then I guess you could say he deserves it.

None of the poll options are my opinion.

If the public vote to keep him in through to the final and he wins then yes, given the nature of the show, he will have deserved to be crowned champion.

No, he was great up to this week, but now the joke is wearing thin.

One thing for sure, if he is in the DO then he will go.

I think he'll really really struggle once he starts having to do more than one routine a week. That he wasn't trusted to do anything in the group dance other than sit on a chair and come on for a little bit at the end seems indicative to me. He's lucky he's still got the rumba for the semis, because it's a Get Out Of Jail Free card for the men which will allow him to do very very little, but I still think at the minute that's the most likely end point for him. Musicals Week might hurt him as well, because everyone will get overblown theming and attention grabbing stunts that week and he might not stand out so much.

Don't think he could cope with the rumba or Argentine tango. He's been very entertaining at everything else and has improved every week..

Well, yes and some of us may not be happy about that.
Then again,if he wins it could be a debating point to use against others:
"My fav soap actor is better than yours,he/she won Strictly"
"Yeah,so did Ed Balls"

BIB Me neither, none of the choice of answers really addresses the question in the first part of the title

He's much better and entertaining than many duds have been and he makes me smile when I see him dance. I don't think he'll win or get much further, but I don't have any problem if he stays in a little longer.

Exactly. No one deserves to win just because of who they are, where they started from, the chemistry with their partner or just having a go.

The winner will be whoever gets the most public votes in the final.

As to whether they deserve that place or not is entirely subjective.
