No, he's just a knob.

A passive aggressive knob.

I think people are being a little insensitive towards him.

No. The idiot of the camp is going to get heat from the rest. Everything ne else is asked to do something, they do it. He gets asked, goes all precious and just happens not to do it. Gets all he deserves.

They didn't say anything to Adam who was also supposed to collect the water.

It hasnt quite reached the heights of bullying, but they are singling him out and picking on him, especially Baker and Moffat.

Exactly what I was thinking. They were both on water duty so why weren't they asking Adam too?

That was uncomfortable viewing no matter how much of a pain he is.

I don't like bouncing the 'bully' word around, however I do think it's uncomfortable.

He seems to be becoming a target quickly, largely egged on by Danny 'the spokesperson' Baker.

They are picking on him and Moffit is the ring leader. She must see him as a threat.

Well, to be fair to the annoying little twunt we don't know if (a) he did his share of water collecting or if (b) he was not also told off but his response didn't make such interesting viewing.

The editing can give a very skewed picture of the reality.

It is was uncomfortable. Watching him basically refuse to get water repeatedly as he was asked.
If he was camp president and anyone did that, he would throw a right strop

That's what I didn't like, especially as Martin was off earning stars for camp. So why wasn't Scarlett saying that to Adam rather than wait for it to go empty and pick on Martin when he got back?

Seriously? You can take a conspiracy theory too far.

No. He's seeking sympathy for basically being a nob who refused to do what he was asked.

Exactly this to me indicates that they are bullying him. Martin was busy with the fire and winning stars Adam was doing nothing, yet its Martins job to get the water even though they are both on camp maintenance.

I think it's more the fact he grates on Danny and also he seems quite an outspoken person, so if Martin is doing something that he doesn't agree with, he's not one to sit back and keep quiet like the rest of the camp, he will openly tell him. I guess he was right what he said to Martin tonight, I just think he went about it the wrong way. He made him feel small in front of the rest of the group. I think he should have pulled him over to one side and just said nicely, 'look mate, maybe you dont realise your doing it but I've noticed it and others have noticed it, but others are pulling their weight and helping out and people are noticing your not doing your jobs. Scarlett asked you nicely on several occasions tonight to do it and you didn't and it seems unfair to the rest of the group'. He then would have realised and started pulling his weight. I didnt think it was necessary to shout and be little him like that in front of everyone. But that's just my opinion!

So how do you know that then? How do you know what Adam had being doing in camp?

Feeling really sorry for Martin. It's one thing to tell him off, but to keep doing it repeatedly and publicly is effectively isolating him from the group. If Danny or Scarlet were respectfully asking for something to be done, they should have taken him aside.

And Martin was right, he was away half the day doing the task, so why wasn't Adam asked to get water in his absence.

Yep.

That's what makes it bullying. There's someone else who hasn't pulled their weight, and the slagging off is targeted towards an individual due to an inbuilt negative bias the group has developed for them.

That is, in essence, the very definition of bullying. As a unit they're trying to push the guy around when, objectively, there's someone else on the same duty who has done less in the day.

He's a plonker..but being a plonker does not warrant to treatment he's getting, imo. IT feels a little uncomfortable.

He said so himself - when he and Martin were collecting the water,
