We always knew Danny Baker was a bully so no surprises really when we learn he is attacking the gentle soul Martin. Typical pack mentality meant the group actually defended Danny, which is sadly a sign of the times.
Martin has nothing to apologise for and certainly shouldn't be taking orders from the little girl.

Already a thread or two or three about this and to be honest, the opening post is such poor bait, I'll be surprised if you get any bites.

It is news to me so I'm not part of your 'we'.

Have you any verifiable examples to support your statement?

Why do people keep calling people bullys, they are grown men just different personalitys. Really ticks me off when the bully word is used so willy nilly.

We don't all think like you. I watched yesterday's show on catchup today then posted my reaction to it. I'm only sorry that I took your bait

I agree that Danny is a nasty piece of work and that Martin has been unfairly targeted, but this thread is not needed. Been there done this.

Quite a bit of hate for Danny. Looks like he's becoming the hate figure for some of the DS trolls.

He got hardly any airtime tonight...all I saw him do was throw a hat on someones head...and all of a sudden he's a bully....nice one.

Danny did a nice bit of backtracking with his apology - just like Larry Lamb did with his. It occurred to them both after the event that what they did might not look good on TV.

You should really start watching the shows each night then you would know the OP was talking about last nights show.

Amazing what the absence of a comma does to the meaning of a statement. Sometimes it even renders it meaningless.

I don't see him as a bully, just s bit of an overbearing oaf who loves the sound of his own voice.
As I'm from the same area, I've known an awful lot of Denny's in my time

Just to put you straight, Colin, ol' chum; having an opinion which differs from your own doesn't make one a troll.

Do you remember his radio show on Sunday's (many moons ago). If so, just one word 'turmoil.'

That used to have me in stitches.

I remember lots of things from his radio shows. His original 606 shows were amazing.

I loved his radio shows. His laughter was so infectious. The 'turmoil' thing I found brilliant. It's not as if we could actually see what he was laughing at, but I could visualise it. All the same it was great lol.
