and the way he stuck up for Ed on ITT asking people to get of his back and that he is really trying hard. Also to Danny Mac for coming out in support of him.

I just find the lets get rid of Ed brigade so childish and pathetic.

Here here!!!

I am not a fan of Greg's dancing particularly, though he's done some decent routines, Saturday's included. However after initially having a negative view of him I am now convinced that he's a really lovely bloke and I thought what he said about Ed tonight was great. A lot of his fans who are moaning on social media about Ed robbing him of his place could learn a lot about class from Greg himself!

Greg seems to be a lovely chap.

I'm prepared to accept that he can't dance very well, but he certainly knows how to fill a costume and look tall and manly.

I've loved watching Greg and Natalie. Both of them seem lovely.

Yes I agree, he is one gorgeous young man.

He is lovely. I can't pretend I loved to watch him dance although I did enjoy his performance this week. I also liked that he named Rob R as his buddy.

Fourthed!

I MAY have had something in my eye watching ITT tonight when he said all those lovely things about Natalie and Ed

It's people like him who make Strictly for me - he knew he wasn't brilliant and he did struggle with a lot of it, but clearly he loved it and wanted to do the best he could

I'm going to miss him

I agree that Greg was very generous. He didn't have to say anything and the fact he did reflects well on him.

He was delightful, they both were. One of the best ITT elimination interviews I have seen.

Loved the interview in our house. The Ed reference and the reference by Nat to her and Greg's partners. Good stuff. I voted for Ed and Greg as triers and impovers, though I love some of the others too.

Such a nice guy, it is nice to see the celebs supporting each other.

It was almost as if they had been reading this forum and wanted to respond to their detractors.

Greg and Natalie were both delightful on ITT, a lovely genuine couple who will be very much missed.

Never saw the ITT interview but that's certainly the impression they've given me throughout the series!!

Likewise, I was reading comments from various places about people saying he was coming across as arrogant but I never saw it. He had me in tears at his exit last night.

He seems a lovely bloke and he's clearly put his all into the show, even though he struggled. He's always been very kind about all the other celebs in. I shall miss seeing how much he could progress. Their rumba (or whatever, don't care) and AS are among my top favourite dances this year.

I thought he simply made clear that nobody should use him and his being voted out to have a go at Ed. The celebs know more than anyone what it feels like to go out and dance, whatever your ability, and recognise what work they are all putting in.

I think that's the most emotional I have ever seen a couple on ITT.

They have both made the best of friends. Nat had a tissue out even before Zoe showed their highlights!

Nat also thanked both their partners for being so supportive and thanking Strictly for bringing her a new best friend and another family into her and her partner's life.

Love these two

I was sooo impressed with Greg yesterday on ITT - it was a lovely interview with himself and Natalie. I always liked him and could see really how hard he was working. In my opinion he performed the best in the dance-off but he accepted the result with dignity.

He went up even further in my estimation when he defended Ed Balls so strongly last night and was empathic about how hard Ed works and deserving of his place in SCD.
He didn't have to say anything but he did and well done Greg.
Well done to Danny also for defending Ed yesterday on This Morning.

I like the 'bromance' between Greg and Rob Rinder - lovely to see an unlikely friendship occur from SCD
