I don't believe it's as easy to compare Louise and Claudia's latin as you suggest. Neither have done salsa, Louise hasn't done samba and Claudia hasn't done rumba. Louise's jive was a clean performance but Claudia's had mistakes.
Also I don't buy into the suggestion that Louise has been favoured by the judges and here I use the judges reaction to Claudia's jive as an example - nines across the board even though they mentioned the errors, yet they didn't criticise Louise's paso and two of the judges gave her the same score.
I know you said favoured between the two, but there were a couple of other examples from the Blackpool scoring - Darcey mentioned Ore's head in the VW and still gave him a ten, and although Robert had mistakes in his Salsa (Len picked up on the lift and the timing going wrong) Darcey scored him a nine, as she did Louise's paso.
