Hi all, would like to share my pudding recipe here.. Let me tell the ingredients first.
1. milk- 500 ml
2. cocoa powder- 1 1/2 tsp
3. butter- 50 g
4. milkmaid- 1 tin
5. bread- 3 1/2 cups [ put in a blender for few minutes]
6. eggs- 4 [ yolk only]
7. vanila essence- 1/2 tsp
8. cashews and kismis
First of all mix all the first 4 ingredients. Heat it until boils. Allow it to cool well. After this add the rest ingredients one by one and mix well. Butter a baking pan. Pour the mix gently. Cook in an oven which had already preheated to 170-175 degrees. Bake for 40 minutes. Coll & refrigerate. Have delicious bread pudding garnished with cherries and cashews. You can add some powdered sugar also along with the milkmaid. I just liked the taste of milkmaid and haven't added any extra sugar,

I have made chocolate bread pudding, here,s a variation.
Try adding a bar of chocolate rather than 11/2 tsp cocoa.
