EastEnders
First details here:
http://www.bbc.co.uk/mediacentre/med...mas16tv/bbcone

Spoiler

The residents of Albert Square are determined to have a peaceful Christmas this year. But with secrets festering, families fractured and pressure building, will they all get the Christmas they asked Santa for?

With Phil’s health rapidly deteriorating and time running out, the Mitchell family face the prospect that this Christmas could be his last: Lee struggles with the burden of all his secrets. Will he finally confront the consequences of his actions? Or will his guilty conscience finally push him over the edge?

Meanwhile, Christmas at the Brannings and the Beales explodes like a cracker when a ghost from the past returns; Max Branning is back. But where has he been? What has drawn him back to Walford? And is he resolved to serve revenge for dinner this Christmas?

I hope Cora returns with Max on Christmas Day.

Can't wait for Max's explosive return and I'm pleased it's an ensemble xmas special and it won't be about one family.

Max was always going to feature heavily over Christmas.

The Brannings have been quiet for too long.

Why is Cora so loved in here, why would anybody want her back for Christmas.

She is just a Chain Smoking, fag hag, miserable witch

She is not loved on here, only by me.

So the talk of Eastenders being low key and dull, was false information then

It sounds like everyone is going to get their fair share of drama. I'm sure some spoilers are being kept back. I'm glad Max is back I've missed him. Sounds great. I'm guessing The Brannings and Beales will include Stacey and Martin.

I quite like her too and EE needs another old person, I think!

Great to See Max back which is good. Look forward to his revenge. The Mitchell's drama will be good.

I'm surprised everyone fell for that. I think Jamie Borthwick was just told to keep things quiet by the press office.

Christmas is rarely dull and happy in Albert Square.

I used to love Cora, didn't like what they did with her in her last few months. If she comes back I hope she is back to her feisty best, done up to the nines. That's the Cora I love!!

Lee's storyline will be compulsive viewing. Max's return should hopefully be exciting. I'm not so stoked for a Mitchell heavy Christmas but hopefully there's enough going on for them not to completely dominate.

Me too, as it sounds like it's going to be more of the same stuff we've been served for months...Phil's health problems, Lee keeping secrets from his family. Meh.

Hoping there's a lot more going to happen than those spoilers indicate.

Yes I agree, Big Hair, a large V & T and a cigarette.

Cora always liked to dress up and have a night out in The Vic.

That is the Cora I love and miss.

I'm truly sick of Lee's storyline, I was hoping it would end at Halloween, but no, it's still going at Christmas!!

Can't wait for Max's return, that should liven things up a bit.
