Despite me saying for the last few years that I think the show should be laid to rest, I do still like(but not love) the show. And watch every episode every year. However the annoying thing I find with it being on almost every night for 3 weeks, is it limits the time I can spend watching other shows during my limited spare time on weeknights, especially during the final week when all the episodes are an hour and a half! Also I can find it a bit of a challenge to keep up with too, as some nights I will be out and can't watch it whilst it's on so have to catch up with these episodes the next day. I will be abroad for 5 days from Thursday, so I'll have fallen behind on 5 episodes, and will have to catch up with all the episodes before the final on Saturday 3rd December! I can't watch the show at my own pace, as otherwise I would have found out who became King or Queen of the Jungle either in the paper or on the news on the internet, or from people at work talking about it!

I don't bother with the follow-up shows on ITV2. As it's a challenge enough to keep up with the normal episodes on ITV!

So yes, I do still like(but not love!) the show. But I'm really glad when the final episode airs on the first Saturday of December, and that it's all over with for another year! Three weeks of this being on almost every night is more than enough!

I like the show but I find it hard not to be cynical about it.

The ones pulling the strings use almost every task, every piece of footage, every bush telegraph interview, pretty much every aspect of the show, to push 1 or 2 favourites.

It's not really a competition anymore. It's just seeing what random crap happens before the inevitable winner gets crowned.

Of course I like it otherwise I wouldn't watch it.

I never take it too seriously. There is nothing left now that we have not already seen, but it still holds my attention. I always start watching about 20 minutes in so that I can skip though all the adverts and recaps.

I don't watch that crap on ITV2 though.

Was away from Thursday till Monday. So spent my day off today having to catch up with the five episodes I missed before tonight's episode, before I find out who's already being voted off. I feel very "I'm a Celeb'd Out" today! Will be glad when it's all over on Sunday night for another year!

Stupidly, I watch it thinking that it won't be obvious who the chosen one is from day one and that there'll be more trials not involving dead or soon to be dead critters.

Then I see that 2/3 celebs I like are in the show so I watch it.

Too late, I realise that they've changed the show forever and now it's pretty rubbish. Then I'm glad it's over. Am hoping that next year no one I've ever yead of is in it so I needn't watch at all.
