Not quite correct. They said she is so tiny the mannequin needed to lose weight because Guido had difficulty getting Oti's outfit on it ! No mention of her being the smallest as far as I heard.
I would think Flavia may have been the smallest Pro at 5' 2 " / size 8 , but wouldn't bet money on it.
